Coach David
Baseball Coach
David Fenton, a lifelong baseball enthusiast, has dedicated himself to the sport from his early playing days through his collegiate career and into coaching. As the founder and CEO of Fenton Athletics, David brings a gritty, no-nonsense approach to the game, instilling discipline and passion in all who cross his path. With years of experience both on the field and in coaching, David's leadership has shaped countless athletes, instilling in them the values of hard work, determination, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. - Who needs a laundry list of qualifications when you're the big cheese, the head honcho, the CEO? At Fenton Athletics, our CEO, David, doesn't need a resume - he's too busy hitting home runs and leading the team to victory.
Coach Patrick
Softball Coach
Growing up a 3-sport athlete lead Coach Anderson to a starting spot on the mound in his college baseball career. From there he went on to become a coach that focuses on the mental, as well as physical aspects of excelling in competition. No matter the sport, the ultimate goal is to have kids excited for the next play, the next game, the next season. Developing life skills is at the heart of everything we coach.

- 1999-2000 - Benedictine College (NAIA)
- 2000-2003 - Colorado State University – Pueblo (NCAA D2)
- Coached a total of 16 seasons, Head Coach 10 Seasons

Coach OLen
Coach Parker’s career as a coach spans over 25 years, starting after he was drafted in 1986 to the Phillies in 1986. Since he stint in the big leagues, Coach Olen has focused his efforts on developing excellence on and off the field. You’ll be hard pressed to find another coach with Coach Parker’s experience at all levels of the sport of baseball.

- Major League Baseball draft selection of the Philadelphia Phillies in 1986.
- Assisted in baseball camps for over 25 years
- Assistant coach at Grambling, Louisiana Tech, Dallas College-Mountain View, and Baton Rouge Community College.

Coach Sean
Softball Coach
The “young gun” of the Fenton Athletics team, Coach Sean has spent the last 7 years using his experience as a college baseball player to share his skillset with players ranging from 11-18. Coach Sean focuses on refining fundamentals of hitting, pitching, and fostering a competitive mindset to offer a comprehensive and skill-driven approach to becoming a better baseball player.

Coach Nick Thornquist
Nick Thornquist was a 6A First Team All-State player for Flower Mound High School and was a State Champion in 2013. Following high school, Nick spent 2 years playing baseball at Mclennan Community College before transferring to the University of Texas at San Antonio. At UTSA, his achievements included being a Preseason All-Conference Player in 2020, a First Team All-Conference Player in 2021, and a finalist for the Buster Posey College Catcher of the Year in 2021. Following his college career, Nick was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in 2021 where he spent the next two years playing in the minor leagues.

- 6A First Team All-State player for Flower Mound High School and State Champion 2013
- Two years playing baseball at McLennan Community College
- Achievements at UTSA: Preseason All-Conference Player in 2020, First Team All-Conference
- Drafted by the Chicago White Sox in 2021
- Played in the minor leagues for the Chicago White Sox for two years
